Numbers on the map mark the altitude of highest and lowest lift points on the resort.
These maps are generated automatically by computer simulations of the atmosphere. They have not been quality controlled in any way and should only be used in conjunction with other meteorological guidance. Snow levels are shown to the nearest 100m and are a guide only. Micro-climatic conditions in any given location can cause the snow level to vary greatly from the forecast heights.
Minimum snow level shown is 1300m, snow falls to altitudes below 1300m will be shown as 1300m on the charts. Snowfall amounts represent the amount of snow expected to accumulate on the ground over the previous 6 hour period (resulting in the first forecast always showing zero snowfall). Accumulations will vary due to exposure to wind and will be less in exposed areas and may be more in areas of wind drifts.
