Forecast Commentary
Friday 24 May: It will be dry from now until at least Tuesday 28th, although cold nights will be ideal for snow making on Friday and Saturday. The next chance of rain is from Wednesday 29th until Friday 31st with a trough, although the air will not be cold enough to bring snow. In the second week, there is a chance of snow falls from Saturday 1st until Monday 3rd as a front pushes across the resorts. The best snow looks like falling on Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd, possibly bringing 5-10cm. Plan to hit the slopes early in the week after these falls, as showers and rising temperature are likely to make conditions slushy.
