buller:
Mt Buller is going mad on Monday 1st October to celebrate the end of footy season and the fantastic snow conditions for skiers and snowboarders who have one more week to hit the slopes before the ski season for 2012 finally wraps up on Sunday 7 October.
"Victorians love their footy and love their skiing. We are giving footy fans one last chance to celebrate their teams this winter and ski for free this Monday if they join us on the slopes in their team colours or show their club membership card," explained Buller Ski Lifts General Manager Laurie Blampied.
"We are going to throw open the lifts free of charge for the day for anyone wearing a footy jumper, team beanie or scarf. We hope to see supporters wearing face paint or dressed as their club mascot. Basically, all footy fans will be skiing on us for the day. Even Collingwood fans!"
Mt Buller's "Mad Monday" is this Monday 1 October and everyone is welcome to get out and enjoy a great day on the slopes with all lift access free for the day for people who get into the spirit of Mad Monday by dressing up or presenting their footy club membership card.
Mt Buller has been enjoying sensational snow conditions this winter and there is still a generous cover of 114cms of snow on runs open and 10 lifts operating as the resort heads into the final week of the season.
Mt Buller is the only Victorian ski resort open in the first week of October giving snow lovers one last chance to get on the slopes before summer rolls around.
All lift passes are heavily discounted for the remainder of the season with special online offers and a Kids Ski Free one-day voucher valid until the end of the season.
