Included is four nights lodge-style accommodation, the three day Women's Program, ski lift passes, up to six hours instruction from hand-picked woman instructors, a gift, spot prizes (such as a Sunset Tour to Mt McKay or a Snow Bike session), welcome cocktail party, group souvenir picture, Renault apres ski function at Falls Creek Hotel, and most importantly, the opportunity to improve your own on-snow technique with a group of like-minded women.
If you already have a ski lift ticket valid for those dates the cost of this year's three day Mim Sodergren Women's Program is $728. If you don't it would cost $836 with a three day ski lift ticket. Those two options do not include accommodation at the picture-postcard alpine resort.
One of the instructors who has been involved in this program Danielle Brooke said: "We ask the women who participate to provide us with their goals. It is quite an intensive six hours with us on the snow so there is enough time to hone in on particular skiing skills at their pace."
"We use tactics that encourage participants to use terrain that may otherwise percieve to be too difficult, too demanding. During our previous women's program we had one group skiing our off-piste terrain quite comfortably."
"The more we get to know the ladies in their respective groups (of all ages and abilities) the more we can help them. It is our responsibility to building their confidence and help them improve their skills on the snow."
