NOTES

  • Rates are for the entire apartment, not per-person
  • Please ask us about the JUNE & SEPTEMBER SPECIALS: "Kids Stay Free & Kids Ski Free"
  • MINIMUM STAY: Depends upon availability at the time of your enquiry. We will accept 1-night bookings (even in winter) if it works for us. Our rates are not exclusive, please ask if you are interested dates we do not have an option for. Ask for what you want and we will get back to you promptly
  • Linen, Towels & Supplies: We provide the option of BYO linen & towels, or you can pay extra for linen service: $15 per made-up single bed, $25 for a double or queen bed (BYO towels). BYO bathmats, tea towels. We provide a some toilet paper, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder but you are advised to BYO extra as this is intended as a limited supply to start you off
  • Ask us about early-check-in & late-check-out options (if you are interested)

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Downpayment: 50% of the total accommodation booking cost
  • Balance Payment: Final payments due sixty (60) days prior to arrival, bookings made within 60-days need to be paid in full in one go.
  • Optional Lift / Lift&Lesson Passes; Optional Ski/Board Hire; Optional Bus Travel: Different payment terms & conditions apply to these and will be detailed on your booking confirmation (prior to payment)
  • Accepted Payment: Internet Transfers, NAB bank branch counter deposit, Cheques, VC / MC(1.7% s/chg), AX(3% s/chg)
  • Security Bond: A credit card authorisation of $500-$1000 will be required prior to check-in as a security bond (the bond amount varies between properties)
  • Cancellations: More than 60 days notice of cancellation from arrival date will incur a loss of 50% of the total cost. Less than 60 days notice of cancellation from arrival date will incur a loss of all monies paid.
