  • Tariff includes hot Skiers breakfast and 3 course dinner each day (2 course dinner for Children).
  • Free pickup and departure service only applies to Smiggins Bus Terminus and Perisher Centre Ski Tube station.

  • Deluxe Resort View
    Deluxe Resort View (rooms 12 to 17) sleeps maximum 2 guests per room, featuring queen size bed.
  • Resort View Twin/Double
    Resort View Twin/Double (rooms 1 to 6) sleeps maximum 2 guests per room, featuring 2 single beds that zip together to form a double bed.
    Resort View Twin rooms charged at adult rate during peak season (children may stay in the room, but at an adult rate).
  • Deluxe Snow View
    Deluxe Snow View (rooms 18 to 22) sleeps maximum 4 guests per room, featuring a double bed and 2 bunk beds.
  • Snow View Family
    Snow View Family (rooms 9 and 10) sleeps maximum 4-5 guests per room, featuring double bed and 2 bunk beds.
    The 2 Snow View Family rooms, may be configured for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. This is on the basis of 2 adults and 3 children. It is highly desirable that this option only be offered where the 3 children are all under the age of 10 years. It is not a preferred option when all 3 children are older than 10 years.
  • Snow View Twin
    Snow View Twin (room 8) sleeps maximum 2 guests per room, featuring 2 single beds that zip together to form a double bed.
  • Children 3 - 14 years. No Children under 3 years.
  • Free Kids Club - 6:30pm to 9pm - Fully supervised. Only operates in School Holidays.
  • Older children may be upgraded to adult meals. Please only offer this option to children aged 12 years and older. Upgrade cost of $25 per night per child.
  • LIMITED onsite car parking is available (7 spaces ONLY). Spaces have to be pre-booked and pre-paid ($25 per night per vehicle). Conditions apply.

Booking Conditions

  • The Single Supplement for Resort View rooms is 50%, except in Peak Season, when it is 100%
  • Surcharge of 1.5% for payments made with American Express cards.
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of $200 per person.
  • We require the balance of your holiday booking 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Failure to pay balance on or before the due date will cause loss of reservation.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance be purchased to cover unforeseen circumstances. It is not expensive and is a very worthwhile precaution to take.

Cancellations

  • If more than 30 days notice of cancellation is received, then the deposit, less an accounts fee will be refunded.
  • If less than 30 days notice of cancellation is given and no genuine extreme circumstances prevail, refund at management discretion only.
