A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required within 14 days of booking. The balance is to be paid 30 prior to arrival.
All packages are subject to availability. Packages cannot be booked in conjunction with any other package. Rates are subject to change at the proprietors absolute discretion.

If notice of cancellation is received in writing prior to 60 days of the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $30 per person booking fee.
