• 2 Bedroom Apartments (4 - 6 Share)
• Open Long Weekend in June & October.
• Rates are per apartment. No meals included.
• ^* Child Rate 3-14 years.
• Infant Rate (under 3 years) $40 per night

Booking Conditions

• Credit Card Bond
  All bookings for our self contained apartments will attract a credit card bond of $500 on the day of arrival at Heidi's Chalet Apartments. This will be applied to any damage, breakage or loss to the property including lock and key replacements. This will be applied to any additional costs of cleaning the premises if they are not left in good condition. All breakages must be compensated. Should your party exceed the numbers booked you are liable for immediate eviction.
• Deposits
  A deposit of 50% of the total booking is payable within 7 days. On receipt of a deposit, written verification of the booking will be forwarded. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
• Balance
  The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings less than 60 days prior to arrival the full balance is due at the time of booking. Failure to send the balance by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be advised in writing.
• If a cancellation is notified 60 days or more prior to arrival, a refund of any deposit will be made less 20% cancellation fee.
• If a cancellation is notified less than 60 days prior to arrival, all monies paid are forfeited.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance and will not be held responsible for costs, loss of deposit and payments made due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans.
