2012 Summer Accommodation Rates

Details

Winter Notes

• All stays are minimum 2 night
• All winter rates are per person & include dinner & full breakfast (adult dinner - 3 course, child dinner - 2 course).
• ^* Child 3 - 14 years sharing with 2 adults paying 2 share rate.
• Infant 0 - 2 years $35 per night including all meals and cot if required.
• Rates include oversnow transfers to & from the Hotel & Guthega terminal, charges apply after 10pm.
• All rates include GST.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

Winter Booking Conditions

• 50% of total cost payable at time of booking. If not received, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival.
• The number of occupants including children must not exceed the number stated on the confirmation letter/voucher.

Winter Cancellations

• If you need to alter your booking we will make every effort to assist. Please note that demand is heavy during the ski season and it may not be possible to alter a booking once confirmed.
• Outside eight weeks prior to arrival, refund of deposit less a $50 service charge per person.
• Within eight weeks of arrival no refund of monies. This includes bookings made within eight weeks.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking.
• We recommend insurance for ski holidays.

Summer Notes

• All summer rates include accommodation, 3 course dinner each evening and full breakfast each morning. Except Group bookings rate, which includes accommodation and continental breakfast each morning.
• Rooms serviced daily.
• Single rates available on request.
• Group rates available on request.
• Extended stay rates available on request (5 nights plus).
• Extra adult $90 per day DBB.
• Extra child $60 per day DBB.
• Family rate is 2 adults and 2 children (12 years or under) sharing the same room and includes 3 course dinner for adults, 2 course dinner for children, full breakfast.
• Infant 0 - 2 years $30 per night including all meals and cot if required.
• All rates include GST.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

• No refund on cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date
• Every effort will be made to assist with date changes however cancellations incur $50 service fee per person
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking.
