Cancellations
- Economy & Low Seasons (excluding Special Events, Public Holidays, School Holidays & Easter): A full refund of deposit is available on any cancellation prior to arrival date.
- All Other Periods: A full refund of deposit is available on cancellations 30 days in advance.
- On subsequent cancellations refund subject to re-letting and administration fee.
- In addition a service fee of $20 will apply on cancellations of Shoulder & High season bookings after 31 May.
