Booking Conditions

• Children under 2 years in cots no charge.
• Cot supplied no charge
• Agent Bookings Welcome
• All rooms are non smoking and no open cooking you will be liable for cleaning cost if you smoke or cook in the units.
• Checkout strictly 10 am No late check out.
• Any mini bar and phone costs will be charged to your credit card if payment not made at checkout.
• Rooms are serviced daily but if the room is not vacated prior to 10 am the room will not be serviced and if towels and tea and coffee are required the guest will have to contact reception.

Cancellation

• Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before check in with a full refund less 5% handling charge.
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of check in.
