Booking Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required at the time of booking.
Balance is due one calendar month prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within one month of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.
Failure to send balance by the due date can result in cancellation of booking without notice.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified inwriting.
If more than one calendar months notice is given the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $55.
If less than one calendar month notice is given then all monies paid are forfeited.

Credit Card Bonds
A credit Card bond is required. the bond will be applied to all damage, breakage or loss to the property and/or furniture, furnishings lock and key replacements. The bond will also be applied to any additional cost of cleaning the premises if they are not left in good clean order and condition upon departure. A credit card number will be required.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
