Booking Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of making the reservation. Payment of the deposit will be accepted via credit card (Diners & Amex will incur a 3.7% surcharge on each transaction), cheque and direct deposit. Siesta Villa reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the deposit is not received.
• Full payment of the reservation is required 1 month prior to arrival date. Siesta Villa reserves the right to cancel the reservation if full payment is not received within this period and you will forfeit any monies already paid to the reservation.

Cancellation of the reservation.

• If you cancel your reservation 3 months prior to your arrival date then any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel your reservation within 2-3 months prior to your reservation you will forfeit the 50% deposit paid.
• Cancellation within 2 months forfeits all monies paid.

Siesta Villa reserves the right to charge you for any damage inflicted on the room during your stay, whether it be carried out by yourself or any third person in the room whilst you were there.
