Notes

• Other stay lengths negotiable.

Booking Conditions

• 50% deposit required within 10 days of making your booking.
• Balance payable on arrival.
• Upon check-out unit must be left tidy, with dishes cleaned/put in dishwasher and keys left on kitchen counter.

Cancellations

• If more than 25 days notice prior to arrival then 100% refund less $60 administration fee per booking applies.
• Cancellations received within 25 prior to arrival, full refund less $60 administration fee per booking provided that a replacement booking can be found, otherwise full deposit is forfeited.
• Casual and weekend bookings are non-refundable if a replacement booking cannot be arranged especially during high demand periods
