Bookings & Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of booking. Upon receiving deposit a receipt will be issued and booking confirmed. Payment by Bank Cheque,Money Order,Personal Cheque or Direct Deposit into Bank Account. The key will be forwarded by Post when Balance and bond received. A $200.00 bond is required, this will be refunded in full if the house is left in a clean tidy and no damage done. The garbage must be put in the big bin and left near kerb when leaving.

Cancellations
A Cancellation fee of $65.00 applies if a booking is cancelled more than four weeks before arrival date. If less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation all monies will be forfeited.
