Notes

• Prices are per person and include GST and full Breakfast daily (Coffee/Tea, Juice, Toast, cereal, Bacon & eggs).
• Children 4 - 14 years are charged as per rates table. 0 - 3 years charged at $10 per night (Child rates only apply when sharing with 2 or more full paying adults).
• Share Rates are based on number of Adults sharing a room.
• Daily Rates apply midweek, (Sunday to Thursday) only.
• Multi Share charged at 4 - 6 Share Rate.
• Single Rate (own room) charged at 2 adults at 2 share rate - 20%.
• 10% surcharge for single night stays during Peak & Shoulder seasons.
• Winter Specials:
  • 1 child stays free when more than 2 children are sharing with a minimum of 2 full paying adults. (Only available on 5 Night Midweek Package, cant be used in conjunction with any other offer).
  • Stay 4 nights and get 5^th night for free (Valid for midweek stays during value season only).

Booking Conditions

• No Booking is guaranteed unless a 50% deposit is paid.
• The deposit is payable within 7 days of booking.
• If deposit is not received within 7 days booking may be cancelled without notice.
• Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival, If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is due immediately.
• Payment can be made by cheque, Bank Transfer or by Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellations

• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: No refund or credit.
• More than 60 days prior to arrival: Deposit refunded less a $50 service fee.
• Insurance: we strongly recommend you insure against loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation.
