Resort Lodge

Superior

Large motel style rooms (Queen sized bed and single bed or three single beds) with ensuite. There are also available 2/3 bedroom
apartments (see booking conditions below). 2 bedroom apartment suitable for disabled.

Resort Centre

High Quality

Cosy motel style rooms with ensuite. Twin, Queen and Double rooms available as well as rooms for the disabled.
Located close to restaurant, bar and games room.

Horseshoe Lodge

Budget

Friendly, warm atmosphere. Join the other guests in the shared kitchen, dining room and lounge.
Bathrooms are shared. Twin, Double and Single rooms. Note: Rooms are not serviced. Share facilities must be left clean after use or charges will apply.

Meals

Dinner:
Bistro style to be chosen off the menu with all you can eat fresh salad / vegetable bar. Adults $25, U/12 children $20

Breakfast:
Full hot buffet breakfast

Winter Meal Times:
Breakfast 6.30am - 9am
Dinner: 6.00pm - 9pm

• Meal packages must be booked in advance.
• Restaurant is fully licenced offering a selection of local and international beer, wines and spirits.
• Espresso coffees/cappuccino also available upon request.
• A selection of packaged lunch options is available for purchase of a morning during breakfast operating hours.
• Reservations are appreciated at the time of making accommodation booking, but can also be made at short notice.

Infants

Infants may stay for free if they do not require a bed (cots available for $25 per night)

Spa & Sauna

Available in winter, spa and sauna are free of charge for guests in Lodge and Centre buildings. Guests of Horseshoe Lodge pay $5p.p. Charges apply for solarium and massage.

Booking Conditions

• Weekends (Fri & Sat) - 2 nights minimum stay for advanced bookings
• Apartment’s minimum tariff for two bedrooms is 4 adults (2 share plus 2 extra persons). For three bedrooms is 6 adults (2 share plus 4 extra persons).
• Motel rooms. Single parent- adult rate applies for first child (min. 2 to room).
• If booking is made by an agent the customer is bound by the rules and conditions as set out by the agent. After making a booking a 50% deposit must be received by credit card, cash or cheque within 7 days.
• If you wish to cancel your booking your deposit is refundable less 20% (cancellation fee) provided you cancel 6 weeks prior to the date booked. There is no refund if less than 6 weeks notice is given.
• Balance of fees must be paid on arrival in cash, cheque or credit card (no American Express or Diners Club). A 2% surcharge will apply when paying tariff balance by credit card.
• Any theft or breakage is the responsibility of the guest and must be paid for on departure.
• Your booking is effective from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival. Please advise staff if you plan to arrive after 6pm.
• Checkout is strictly by 10am on day of departure.
• Warning - Patrons using the facilities provided by the resort should exercise proper care for the safety of themselves and others. The owners of the resort, their staff and agents accept NO responsibility whatsoever for guests, visitors or the possessions whilst they remain in the resort, insurance is advisable.
• Compliance with resort rules and notices is required as a condition of entry.
• We will make every effort to keep prices quoted effective, but we must reserve the right to change tariff and conditions of booking without notice if unavoidable.
