2008 Accommodation Rates

Booking Conditions

• A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required at the time of booking.
• Balance is due one calendar month prior to arrival.
• Where a booking is made within one month of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.
• Failure to send balance by the due date can result in cancellation of booking without notice.
• Credit Card Bonds - A credit Card bond is required. The bond will be applied to all damage, breakage or loss to the property and/or furniture, furnishings lock and key replacements. The bond will also be applied to any additional cost of cleaning the premises if not left in good clean order and condition upon departure. A credit card number will be required.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation

• All cancellations must be notified inwriting.
• If more than one calendar months notice is given the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $55.
• If less than one calendar month notice is given then all monies paid are forfeited.
