Winter Notes

• 2 Nights Weekend includes:
  • 2 nights accommodation
  • 2 full hot breakfasts
  • 1 three course dinner (Saturday night)
• 5 Night Midweek includes:
  • 5 nights accommodation
  • 5 full hot breakfasts
  • 5 three course dinners
  • Valid between Sunday - Thursday nights.
  • Excludes Low Season
• 7 Night Full Week includes:
  • 7 Nights accommodation
  • 7 full hot breakfasts
  • 6 three course dinners (dining room closed Friday night) Friday, Saturday or Sunday arrivals only.
• All Rates Are Per Person
• Note: Child rate applies when sharing with a minimum of 2 adults paying the 2 share rate.
• Weekend is Friday & Saturday nights or 3 night weekend is Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights or Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.

Summer Notes

• Rates are per room and includes breakfast daily.
• Stay 3 nights and receive a 15% discount on the nightly rate.
• Stay 5 nights and receive a 30% discount on the nightly rate.
• Please call reservations for a quote on discounts on 3 or more night stays including Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates.
• The Aalberg is offering for the chance to book the lodge for a nightly rate of $800! Minimum 20 persons with a minimum of 2 persons per room. Extra persons at $40 per person giving you the whole lodge and facilities exclusive to your group! Includes breakfast. Conditions apply.
• Please note we can arrange additional activities for your stay including quad bike riding, horse riding, bush walking, fishing and many more. Please ask us for a list of activities.

Booking Conditions

• To secure a booking, 50% deposit is payable at time of booking.
• The balance of the total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Accepted forms of payment: MasterCard - Bankcard - Visa - Cheque - Money Order.

Cancellations

• A refund of deposit will be given provided cancellation notice is received by the company 60 days prior to arrival less a $33 service fee per person.
• For cancellations received two months or less prior to arrival the following charges expressed as a percentage of the total costs per person shall apply: more than one month 50%, one month or less 100%.
• The cancellation fee is payable in respect of part cancellation. (i.e. if some members of the group cancel)
• In light of our cancellation penalty policy we strongly recommend travel insurance
