Details

Notes

  • Students are 18 to 21 years of age and must show a valid student ID.
  • Children are < 18 years of age.
  • Weekend = Any stay inclusive of Friday and/or Saturday nights.
  • Midweek = Sunday to Thursday nights.
  • Sleeping: The lodge has queen sized double beds and single sized beds but guests need to bring their own linen and blankets or sleeping bags.  Linen and blankets are available by prior arrangement for a small fee.
  • Internet available.

Booking Conditions

  • A confirmed booking can be changed provided that adequate notice is given to the Booking Manager.
  • A 10% discount is offered to group bookings of 10 or more.
  • Stays for 7 days or more are priced at the midweek rate.
  • All rates are per person and inclusive of GST.

Cancellations

  • Refunds will be made based on the notice period provided as follows, Notice given:
    • 28 days = 100% refund
    • 14 - 28 days = 75% refund
    • 7 - 14 days = 50% refund
    • less than 7 days = no refund
  • In the event of a special reason for cancellation (accident, illness) the committee shall have absolute discretion to vary the above terms and conditions.
  • Requests for refunds of money paid will only be considered by the Committee in exceptional circumstances, or by the Booking Manager. If for any reason you cannot use a confirmed booking, advise the Booking Manager immediately to discuss alternative arrangements.
