Rates from $125.00 per person per night multi-share including cooked breakfast and 2 course evening meal (BYO Linen and towels). Linen can be provided at $25 per person per stay. Bookings made before 30 April 2012

All inquiries for accommodation will be held for (14) fourteen days, after this period your booking will automatically expire unless a deposit of 25% of the full total of your booking is received. A confirmation receipt and tax invoice will be remitted for the balance of your accommodation funds and will be required one calendar month prior to arrival date.

Bookings from 1 May 2012

Reservations made after 1 May 2012 require 50% payment in 7 days with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full amount is due within 7 days. Bookings will be immediately cancelled without notice if no payment is received.

Payment

Cheques should be made payable to Snowman Property Management Pty Ltd and sent to PO Box 480 BRIGHT VIC 3741. For direct deposits please contact our office on (03) 5759 3503 for bank account details. For credit card payments you can call our office as above using any of the following credit cards to secure your booking; Visa, MasterCard and Bankcards are accepted.

Cancellation

If notice of cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to arrival date, and the Snowbird Inn is able to refill the vacancy created a full refund will be offered. If less than one calendar months notice is given, ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED unless the Snowbird Inn is able to refill the vacancy. In this situation all monies will be refunded except an administration fee of 10% of the total booking. No other refund will be made except as described below. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

Snow Guarantee

Mount Hotham offers some of the most reliable skiing in Australia, however all skiers know that Mother Nature can be fickle. If, due to lack of snow, there are less than 3 lifts (inclusive of at least 1 lift that services an intermediate trail) operating at Hotham 2 days prior to the check-in date of your snow holiday, you may choose to receive a credit or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation and lift company products. If you decide to wait less than 2 days before your check-in date to see if further lifts open, the credit or refund will be granted based on the number of lifts operational due to lack of snow on the day you request a refund. You may not cancel your holiday on the check-in date. This snow guarantee only applies if a lift cannot be opened due to a lack of snow on the major trail it services. The guarantee does not apply if lifts are on windhold – i.e. not able to be opened due to high winds, low visibility or a combination of these weather elements or undergoing temporary maintenance.
