Notes

• Visitors may secure exclusive use of a bedroom by paying the appropriate full tariff for the room less a 15% discount.
• Children ages 3-15 years.
• Children under 3 years free. Cot not provided.
• Guests to bring double doona cover and double bed sheet or a pair of double bed sheets for each bed, 1 or 2 pillow cases as required and towels.

Booking Conditions

• Bookings commence from Monday 28 March.
• The Booking Officer will confirm guest bookings and payment is due within seven days of receiving confirmation.
• Bookings will be cancelled if monies are not received within this time.
• Snow Guarantee - A minimum three lift snow guarantee operates when you book your accommodation with Austen. The following conditions apply - if there are fewer than 3 lifts at Hotham operational due to lack of snow, three days prior to the commencement of your ski holiday you may elect to receive a credit or refund for pre-organised Austen accommodation.

Cancellations

• All cancellations are to be notified to the Booking Officer immediately.
• If the Booking Officer receives cancellation in more than 28 days from first date of stay 80% Refund.
• If the Booking Officer receives cancellation in less than 28 days from first date of stay No Refund.
• Any requests for refunds are to be made in writing to the committee.

Snow Guarantee

A minimum three lift snow guarantee operates when you book your accommodation with Austen. The following conditions apply - if there are fewer than 3 lifts at Hotham operational due to lack of snow, three days prior to the commencement of your ski holiday you may elect to receive a credit or refund for pre-organised Austen accommodation.
