Notes
- Winter bookings open on the 1st of April each year.
- Summer bookings open on the 1st October each year.
- Large groups (more than 15) may apply from February, but cannot be confirmed until March.
- Child Rate: Under 17years of age.
Booking Conditions
- Payments should be made with VISA or MasterCard. Invoice will be sent via email.
- Cheque payments accepted for groups or more than 10.
Cancellations
- Bookings may be cancelled by email or phone. Phone cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
- Cancellations only accepted more than 14 days before booked arrival date. If cancelling via phone then please do before 7:00pm on a Monday evening only.
- Snow Guarantee: We will refund bookings (less a booking fee of 15%) if there are fewer than 5 lifts operational at Mount Hotham due to lack of snow (based on Thursday's snow report immediately before booked arrival date).
