Booking Conditions

  • Room bookings - pay 50% of guest rate for unoccupied bed capacity if requiring exclusive room booking, as well as relevant rate for occupied beds.

Cancellation

  • More than 30 days notice: Cancellation charges of 40% of the total value of the booking.
  • Less than 30 days notice: There will be no refund; except if the beds/rooms are re-booked, in which case a refund less $50 cancellation fee may be given.
  • Notification of cancellation can be made by mail (Skicom, RMB1001, Mt Hotham, Vic 3741) fax, or email.
  • Credit card booking refunds will be via credit card credits only or transfer to credit account only.
