  • More than 30 days prior of arrival: Full refund less 15% of the total value of the booking.
  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival: NO REFUND unless the apartment is fully re-let.
  • If fully re-let, a full refund less 10% of the total value of the booking will be made.
  • Dates are not transferable.
