Hotel Rooms:

Inclusions: Ensuite, TV/DVD, tea/coffee, bar fridge, communal laundry, microwave and Sauna available for use.

• Budget Twin/Double: sleeps 2 - price is per room
  1 x queen or 2 x singles (may be bunks).
• Standard Twin/Double: sleeps 2 - price is per room
  1 x queen and 1 x single.
• Triple Share or Family 3: sleeps 3 - price is per room
  1 x queen & 1 x single OR 3 single.
• Quad Share or Family 4: sleeps 4 - price is per room
  1 x queen & 2 x single (bunk) OR 4 single.

Note: Hotel rooms are not serviced, service available upon request, extra charges apply.

Apartments:

• 1 Bedroom Apartment: sleeps 2-5 - $50 extra per person per night.
  1 x queen & 1 x single in bedroom (can be 3 x singles) plus 1 x double sofa bed in living area.
  Inclusions: Kitchen/Living room & ensuite. Dishwasher, Cooking facilities: hot plate & microwave only (no oven). No laundry in apartment but free laundry facilities available.
• 3 Bedroom Standard Apartment: sleeps 6-8 - $50 extra per person per night.
  2 x queen, 2 x single, 1 x double sofa bed OR 6 singles & 1 x double sofa bed in living area.
  Inclusions: Fully self-contained apartment. Note: microwave and cooktop only (no oven) 2 bathrooms & european laundry.
• 3 Bedroom Deluxe Summit Apartment: sleeps 6-8 - $50 extra per person per night.
  2 x queen, 2 x single, 1 x double sofa bed OR 6 singles & 1 x double sofa bed in living area.
  Inclusions: Fully self-contained penthouse. 2 bathrooms, spa bath inside, outdoor deck spa and balcony. Views of Summit & International ski areas.
• 3 Bedroom Deluxe Spion Apartment: sleeps 7-9 - $50 extra per person per night.
  3 x queen, 1 x bunk, 1 x double sofa bed or 8 singles.
  Inclusions: Fully self-contained penthouse. 2 bathrooms, spa bath inside, outdoor deck spa and balcony. Wood fireplace and stunning Spion mountian views.

Booking Conditions

• A deposit of 50% (of the total booking fee) is required in order to secure a booking at Silverski Lodge. The deposit must be received within 7 days of a booking confirmation, failing which, Silverski Lodge is under no obligation to honor the relevant booking.
• The balance of 50% (of the total booking fee) must be paid in full, six weeks prior to the date of arrival.
• Where a booking is made within the six week period prior to the date of arrival, the full amount of the total accommodation fee is payable immediately.
• Where a booking is cancelled before the six week period prior to the date of arrival, Silverski Lodge will refund the deposit amount received, less a cancellation fee of 10%. Cancellations within six weeks to arrival will only be refunded (less 10% cancellation fee) if a replacement booking is taken at the same rate for the same dates.

Snow Guarantee

• All payments received (less a 10% booking fee) will be refunded if, 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snow sports on at least 3 designated downhill runs at Falls Creek.
• This guarantee does not apply if snow sport runs at the resort cannot be accessed should lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.
