Notes

• Price per person includes full breakfast and three course dinner (two courses at children's sitting)
• All rates are based on double / twin & family rooms
• Weekly Bookings are usually Sunday to Sunday
• Single Supplement – plus 50%
• Children 2 Years and under are charged at a flat rate of $15 per night with a maximum charge of $50 per stay
• Child is 3-14 years
• Full Time Student is 15 –21 years. Full-time photo ID is required at time of check-in. Note this rate is only available if accompanied by a full paying adult. Children may also pay this rate if they wish to upgrade to an adult dinner
• The option of children occupying their own room, at children's rates, is subject to availability. If you require this option and there are family rooms available, adult rates will apply.
• The lodge opens on 20 June 2010.

Booking Conditions

- To secure the booking we require 50% deposit by cheque, bank deposit, Visa orMastercard.
- The Balance is due one month before arrival.
- Cheques can be sent to to PO Box 42, Falls Creek, VIC 3699.
- If a deposit is not received within two weeks of the initial phone or internet booking, the booking will lapse.

Cancellations

- A refund of the total amount of booking in writing less 15% will be made on cancellation of bookings up until 28 days prior to the commencement of the booking period.
- All cancellations must be in writing. No refund will be paid upon cancellation made 28 days or less, before the commencement of the booked period unless the booking can be reallocated by the booking officer, or Lodge Manager, in which case a cancellation fee of 15% of the total amount of booking will still apply.
- Guests who transfer a firm booking to a future date will be charged an additional fee of 10% of their deposit for that transfer.
- Should the transferred booking be then cancelled the guest will then forfeit a further 20%.
