Rates for just bed and breakfast are available and are approximately $30 pp/pn cheaper.

Booking Conditions

  • Children 0-2 years FREE!
  • Children 2-6 years 0% Adult rates.
  • Children 7-16 years 75% Adult rates.
  • Room Rate based on twin share (minimum 2 people). Extra adults or children in the same room are charged
  • Group Discounts - further 10% for groups of 10 or more.
  • We also have available a limited amount of superior queen sized bed accommodation. Prices are available on appication.

Cancellation

  • 30 days or more prior: refund in full less $25 per person service charge.
  • 30 - 14 days prior: 50% of total booking refunded.
  • Less than 14 days: no refund.
