Booking Conditions

• Bookings: To secure a booking 50% of tariff is required as a deposit within 7 days of confirmation.
• Balance: Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
• Deposit: If the deposit or balance is not paid by due date then the booking will be deemed cancelled.
• Bond: A bond of $500.00 is charged on all apartments on arrival.
• Insurance: Kilimanjaro strongly recommends that you take out appropriate insurance against cancellation, personal liability and theft of your own or hired property. (Carriers & Innkeepers Act 1958) Victoria loss of damage to guest's property.

Cancellations

• Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a booking fee of 15% per apartment.
• If cancelled 60 - 45 days prior to arrival a deduction of 50% of the tariff will be made unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of 15% will be charged per apartment.
• No refund if cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of 15% will be charged per apartment.
