Early Bird Weekend Package **$316** Falls CreekAll inquiries for accommodation will be held for (14) fourteen days, after this period your booking will automatically expire unless a deposit of 25% of the full total of your booking is received. A confirmation receipt and tax invoice will be remitted for the balance of your accommodation funds and will be required one calendar month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made after 1 May 2012 require 50% payment in 7 days with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full amount is due within 7 days. Bookings will be immediately cancelled without notice if no payment is received.
Cheques should be made payable to Snowman Property Management Pty Ltd and sent to PO Box 480 BRIGHT VIC 3741. For direct deposits please contact our office on (03) 5759 3503 for bank account details. For credit card payments you can call our office as above using any of the following credit cards to secure your booking; Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to arrival date, and Halleys Lodge is able to refill the vacancy created a full refund will be offered. If less than one calendar months notice is given, ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED unless Halleys Lodge is able to refill the vacancy. In this situation all monies will be refunded except an administration fee of 10% of the total booking. No other refund will be made except as described below. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Falls Creek offers some of the most reliable skiing in Australia, however all skiers know that Mother Nature can be fickle. Falls Creek’s Snowsports Guarantee provides important piece of mind when planning your trip to the snow, knowing that if there is insufficient snow 48 hours prior to your arrival, to enable three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek to be open for snowsports, then all payments proved to be received (less booking fee) will be refunded.
All snow guarantee cancellations must be received prior to 48 hours of scheduled arrival. Booking fees vary by property. This guarantee does not apply if snowsport runs at the resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.
Check-In Check in time is from 2pm.
Check-Out Strictly 10AM on day of departure. Luggage storage facilities are available.
