2011 Accommodation Rates

Halley's Apartment

• Rates are per apartments.
• No meals included
• Accommodates a maximum of 12 persons; 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully furnished apartment on two levels; linen provided; use of all Lodge facilities during operating hours.
  

Booking Conditions

• Apartment Stays: A deposit of 25% of total monies required within 10 days of booking as confirmation. the balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or the booking is automatically cancelled. PLUS a $500 Bond, (by way of a separate cheque or a manual credit card swipe), is required with the balance of payment. (this Bond is fully refundable on departure, provided the Apartment is left in the same condition as it was in on arrival excluding the making of beds).
• Halley's will not permit more than 12 persons staying in the apartment. If it is found that more than 12 persons are staying in the apartment all persons will be required to leave and no refund will be given.

Cancellation

• All cancellations will attract a 10% fee of total booking monies and any refunds will be made entirely at the discretion of the proprietor.

• Prime Location:  on Slalom St., approx. 150 metres from the Falls Express Quad Chair;
• One of:  the few remaining independently owned and operated equipment/clothing hirage outlets in Falls Creek;

• No Charge:  for accidentally broken/damaged equipment/clothing*;
