• Snow Space and High Seasons nightly rates include fully cooked breakfast to order and 4 course dinner of 3 choices.
• Budget and Spring Seasons rates include continental breakfasts daily. Lunch and dinner will be available in our J.Bs Restaurant (on premises).
• Penthouse rooms and the family rooms have two interconnecting rooms. Penthouse rooms have two ensuites and a private balcony.
• Penthouse rooms, Family rooms and 6 share rooms - Have minimum occupancy cost requirement of 5 people per room. Lounge room (Min. cost of -2 adults and 3 children [4-14 years]).
• Four share room has a minimum occupancy cost requirement of 3 people (Min. cost of 3 Adults).
• Children 4 - 14 years of age: 25% off adult tariff.
• Toddlers 4 years & under: 70% off adult tariff.
• Early Bird Special: please visit our web site for conditions to receive your free snow boots to take home.
• We have a full tourist facilities liquor licence, which means that lodge guests must purchase all alcohol consumed in our dining area from our BARS.
• Discounts are not applicable in the high season unless specified.
• Hot spa & sauna facilities are available to our lodge guests only.
• Lodge guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.
• On your arrival we will help you with your ski hire and also help you to select the appropriate ski lifts (and lessons) program.
• We offer FREE in house movies -3 DVD’s & VHS channels and over 150 movies to choose from. All house-guests are welcome to bring their own DVD’s, VHS or CD’s.
• Dinners - 4 course dinners with 3 choices and changing daily.
• Full Breakfasts -Cold buffet style and hot breakfast cook to order (two choices of hot breakfast & changing daily)
• Public J.B.’s Restaurant (within Karelia premises) offers few European signature dishes (Czech style sirloin roast with dumplings, Swiss- meat, cheese & chocolate fondues, Hungarian Goulash with meat dumplings and Austrian apple strudel) and traditional Australian cuisine.

Booking Conditions

• Reservations: Prior winter season -will be held only for 7 days without a deposit.
• Reservation taken out in the winter season will be held for 24 hours only.
• Payments in full must be made within 24 hours of booking -in way of cash, bank cheque, money order or credit card. Please note personal cheques are not accepted.
• Credit Card payments will attract 2% surcharge administration fees.
• Deposits: Prior winter season is $500.- per person per booking or 50 % of the total tariff (which ever is lesser) on booking & payable 7 days of booking.
• Balance: Four weeks prior to arrival -or booking is assumed cancelled.
• All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival.
• Weekend reservations are payable in full at the time of booking.
• Late check outs will result in additional charge ($60/person)
• Insurance cover against cancellation, personal liability (also personal injuries) and theft of hired or your own ski equipment is strongly recommended.
• We reserve the right to alter our rates without notification at any time.

Cancellations

• If cancellation of booking takes place 28 days prior arrival, full refund of paid deposit less 15% of the total booking will be deducted.
• Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival “NO REFUND” of all monies paid.
• Short notice bookings -that is 28 days or less prior to arrival. Any cancellation will result in “NO REFUND” of all monies paid.
