Winter Tariffs include breakfast, lunch & dinner every day - except Wednesday (breakfast only provided).
Prices are per person or per family
Occupancy is based on twin share as a minimum and single supplement is charged at 50% in addition to the stated tariff.
Family Tariffs are based on 2 adults and 2 children (6-14 years) sharing room.
Child: 6 - 14 years
Children between 3 and 5 years: $50 per night (includes meals)
Children between 0 and 2 years: $15 per night (includes cot, highchair use and meals)
No minimum night stay applies.
Snowsport Guarantee - All payments proved to be received (less booking fee of 15%) will be refunded, if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek. This is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.

Cancellations made thirty days prior arrival receive a full refund less $60 per person booking fee.
Less than thirty days there is no refund unless the room is rebooked.
Refunds are at the discretion of management.
