2010 Accommodation Rates

Booking Conditions

• To secure your booking 50% of the total tariff is required as a deposit within 14 days of booking.
• The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• A refundable bond of $500-$1000 is required on all apartments
• For sporting groups, groups of young adults, etc a refundable bond of $2000 (2 night bookings) or $5000 (5 or 7 night bookings) is applicable.

Cancellation

• Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a $150 booking fee (per apartment).
• If cancelled 60-45 days prior to arrival a deduction of 50% of the total tariff will be made unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment.
• No refund if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment.
