Located in the heart of the Australian Alps, Cedarwood Apartments Falls Creek are open all year round and provide a comfortable friendly and warm environment no matter when you decide to come and visit.

Cedarwood Apartments are located at the top of the village with fantastic views and excellent ski in, ski out access from the home trails. When you arrive in winter the Oversnow service delivers you directly to our front door. The central location of Cedarwood Apartments make it an easy ski or walk to most other village facilities. The nearest lift is only 200m away and the nearest free shuttle stop is only 150 metres away. In summer you can drive to and park right outside our front door.

Cedarwood Apartments offer value in comfortable studio or self contained apartment accommodation, most which have been recently renovated. All apartments offer balconies with BBQs and most have full kitchens or at least a kitchenette. Many apartments have laundry facilities and those which do not can use the guest laundry. There is a luggage room for guests who arrive early or leaving late.

Linen, bedding and towels are provided.

Apartment Configurations

Apartment 2 has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, full kitchen with bar sized fridge, dishwasher and laundry and it can sleep 4 to 6.

Apartment 8 has 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom and additional beds in one end of the living area , full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry and it can sleep 6.

Apartment 9 has 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom and additional beds in one end of the living area , full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry and it can sleep 6.

Apartment 10 has 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom and additional beds in one end of the living area, full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry and it can sleep 6.

Apartment 11 can sleep a maximum of 5 people with a trio bunk and single bunk in the bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa that folds down into a bed just in case your group has 2 couples in it. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, larger fridge, cook top and microwave oven. The toilet is seperate to the bathroom and the bathroom has a washing machine/dryer unit in it as well.

Apartment 12 has 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 3 and there is another 2 beds trundle style in the living area that also double as seating. The kitchen has a stove with oven, bar sized fridge and microwave in it and a dinning table that seats 4 or 5.This apartment can sleep a total of 5 people ( maximum 4 adults).

Apartment 13 has 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 3 in a king bed with a suspended bunk type single bed over it. In the living area there is also a fold out sofa suitable for an additional child or small adult. There is a clothes washer/dryer in the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove with oven, bar sized fridge and microwave in it and the extended bench doubles as the dining table. This apartment can sleep 3-4 people.

Apartment 14 has 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 2 in a king bed and there is another 2 beds in a trundle type unit in the living area that double as extra seating as well as the new modular lounge. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave/ convection oven and a 4 burner cooktop in it. The dinning table seat 4 easily and there is a washer and dryer in the entry area which are brand new for 2008. This apartment can sleep 4 people.

Apartment 15 Has 1 bathroom, an upstairs bedroom that sleeps 3 in a trio bunk and a splittable king size bed in one end of the living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher,bar sized fridge, cook top and microwave oven, and there are laundry facilities in the entry area. This apartment can sleep 5 people comfortably and is clean and bright.

Apartment 16 has 1 bathroom plus a 2nd toilet and laundry, it has 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs which have a trio bunk in one and the other has a trio bunk and a single bed. The downstairs bedroom has a splittable king bed in it and access to one of the upstairs bedrooms is through here. The full kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher microwave convection oven, and this apartments sleeps 9 people. The living area has views to Mt Spion Kopje and plenty of seating with the recent addition of a modular leather lounge suite, it also boasts a new large flat screen TV.

Apartments 17 has 1 bathroom and one bedroom which has a double bed and a single bunk and in the living area there is a fold out sofa suitable for a child or small adult. The full kitchen has a larger fridge, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, 2 burner cook top and this apartment is similar to apartment 18 in size and facilities and a little larger than 12,13 & 14. This apartment can sleep 4 people.

Apartments 18 has 1 bathroom and one bedroom which has a trio bunk and a single bed. In the living area there is a new leather sofa and two antique arm chairs which are very comfy. The full kitchen has a larger fridge, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, 2 burner cook top and this apartment is similar to apartment 17 in size and facilities and a little larger than 12,13 & 14. This apartment can sleep 4 people.

Apartment 19 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, full kitchen with microwave convection oven, dishwasher, 2 burner cook top and a full size fridge. There is bedding for 2 people in one end of the large living area which does not need to be packed up daily if it is being used, in the first bedroom you can sleep 5 and the upstairs bedroom sleeps another 2 bringing its capacity to a maximum of 9 people.

Apartment 20 "The Penthouse" Its huge! 140 square metres in fact! With 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and full kitchen with a massive fridge, cooktop, microwave, wall oven and dishwasher. It also has a laundry , 2 living areas and is spread over 2 levels right at the top of the building where you have the highest views in Falls Creek at over a mile high! This apartment can sleep 6-8 people.

Apartment 24 can sleep 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and laundry facilities. The kitchen living area has dishwasher, cooktop, microwave convection oven, large fridge and sliding door onto the balcony. Large windows in the living area allow great views and fantastic natural light. Access is from the entry foyer and there are no stairs to climb within the building to get to this apartment.

Apartment 25 larger than apartment 24 this one also can sleep 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which houses the laundry facilities. The kitchen living area has dishwasher, cooktop, microwave convection oven, large fridge and sliding door onto the balcony. Large windows in the living area allow great views and fantastic natural light. Access is from the East end driveway.

Apartment 26 occupied by its owners for winter.

Apartment 27 another big one, this apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a massive living/kitchen/dining area. It has laundry facilities, a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave convection oven, cooktop and full size fridge. This apartment can sleep 10 people with 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms accommodating 2 people in each and the third bedroom accommodating 6 bunk style.

Maisonette 9 this apartment is located on Falls Creek Road and has 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms sleeping a total of 7 people bunk style, it has full kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and laundry.
