2010 Accommodation Rates

Booking Conditions

• Nightly rate - per night for up to 4 for first 2 nights.
• Extra Night rate - Nightly rate for each additional night after first 2 nights.
• Extra Person rate - per person per night.
• Minimum stay 2 nights.
• Minimum stay 3 nights over Easter.
• Long Weekends (including Melbourne Cup Long Weekend) charged at Winter Shoulder rates.

Cancellation

• If a cancellation is made no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival, deposit monies will be refunded less a $50.00 booking fee.
• If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival no refund will be given unless a replacement booking can be arranged and the $50.00 booking fee will still apply.
