Booking Conditions

BREAKFAST INCLUDED. The room tariff includes continental / cooked breakfast from the grill. (Excludes summer and penthouse bookings).

AWARD WINNING RESTAURANT. Astra has an award winning restaurant. Evening meals can be booked for your holiday directly with the restaurant.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY supplement applies for meridian and panorama suites, discount above prices by 12.5%

COUPLE SURCHARGE for family meridian and family classic of 50% applies per person for twin occupancy.

CHILD CONCESSION Children 3-14 years: 12.5% discount for Meridian rooms only when accompanied by an adult. Children 0-2 years: free of charge.

RESERVATIONS will be confirmed only when the appropriate deposit has been received. The balance of total amount is payable not less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Should the reservation be cancelled not less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date, deposits are refundable, less a $300 per room cancellation fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE. holiday plans can be disrupted and we are aware that cancellation fees can be expensive. For this reason we recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance when booking your holiday. It is generally inexpensive and offers valuable piece of mind.

CHEQUES. Please make cheques payable to ASTRA ALPINE LODGE.

Preference for bookings is on a weekly basis, Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday for 7 day bookings. Friday to Sunday for weekend booking. Sunday to Friday for 5 night bookings.

Astra Lodge has a NO smoking policy applicable to the public.
