Cancellations

  • Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival - full refund of payment made less an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff.
  • Cancellation 45 days prior to arrival - 50% refund of total tariff unless the apartment is re-let in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff is to be paid.
  • Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival - no refund of total tariff unless the apartment is re-let in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff is to be paid.
