Winter Notes

• All Rates are per person twin share and include dinner (3 course with choices), bed & full breakfast.
• Child Rate: Applies to children under 14 years.
• Infant Rate: Infants only in a cot sharing with paying guests stay free.

Winter Booking Conditions

• Single room supplements apply.
• 50% deposit required upon booking.
• Balance 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
• Credit card charges apply.

Winter Cancellations

• All cancellations must be in writing.
• If cancellation is made 8 weeks or more prior to the arrival date, a full refund is granted, less a cancellation fee of $50.00 per reservation application.
• If the cancellation is received 4 to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, 2/3 of the payment will be refund less a cancellation fee of $50.00 per reservation application.
• No Refund if cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
