2012 Accommodation Rates
Stay Periods
Arlberg offers three main types of accommodation packages:
8 days/7 nights
(Sunday-Sunday)
6 days/5 nights
(Sunday – Friday)
3 days/2 nights
(Friday to Sunday).
We accommodate other variations where possible so please contact us for further information.
Room Types
Arlberg has three different room types available.

Family Rooms
Have twin singles or a King bed and two single bunks. The room has its own ensuite.

Adjoining Rooms
Are two rooms with an interconnecting bathroom. Both rooms can have a King or twin single beds.

Double Rooms
Have a King bed or twin singles and its own ensuite.
Rate Example
Rates for accommodation at Arlberg Ski Club are per room and based on the number of adults and children staying.
2 Adults and 2 children in a Family Room for 8 days and 7 nights is $5055. That is only $180 per day per person. We also offer further discounts for children under 5 years of age.
2 Adults in a Double room for 8 days and 7 nights is $3745
Inclusions
Packages include accommodation plus all meals (hot/cold breakfast, hot/cold lunch, 3 course dinner plus tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits available through the day).

Children under 2 are Free.

Children over 2 and under 5 are discounted. Prices on Application.
Booking Conditions

Accommodation is fully catered, including three meals per day.

Ski packages available and booked directly with Charlotte Pass Village.

Bookings are usually 7 nights, 5 nights and weekends.

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to secure a booking.

The balance of your payment is due 4 weeks prior to your scheduled stay.
Cancellations

If cancellation for any reason, a minimum cancellation penalty of $50.00 will apply.

If between 31 to 60 days prior to your stay - 25% of the total accommodation cost will be retained.

If between 15 to 30 days prior to your stay - 50% of the total accommodation cost will be retained.

Within 14 days prior to your stay - 100% of the accommodation cost will be retained.
