Booking Conditions

BOOKING DEPOSITS: 30% Booking Deposit is required to secure your dates. The Balance owing is due 15 days prior to your Arrival.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Refundable Security Deposit of $400.00 will be charged to your Account. This Security Deposit is refunded to your Card/Bank Account within 48 hours of Departure, provided property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.

2 Night Minumum Stay applies. 1 NIGHT Bookings available midweek on application. 1 night surcharge per person/per booking applies.
