Booking Conditions

• TARIFFS ALLOW EXCLUSIVE USE OF PROPERTY FOR YOUR GROUP.
• Midweek Rates apply SUNDAYS to THURSDAYS, 2 Night minimum stay.
• Weekend Rates apply FRIDAY and SATURDAY, 2 Night minimum stay.
• 1 NIGHT Bookings available. Surcharge per Person/per Booking applies.
• Booking Deposit 30% of Total Tariff secures your Booking.
• Balance of Tariff, plus $400.00 Refundable Security Bond is due 15 days prior to your Arrival.
• Security Bond: This bond is additional to the Tariff and is refunded within 48hrs after Departure, provided the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.
