Special Discount for Non-Members: stay 5 nights in any midweek and only pay for 4. (Subject to availability).

 

Booking Conditions

• Bookings for general public start on 1 March.
• A deposit of 20% is required within 7 days to confirm the booking.
• The balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
• Methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, cheque, or direct deposit.
• Summer rates: for Non-members (not accompanied by a member) a minimum group of about 10 adults and a bond of $500 is required.
• Although specific rooms can be requested, bookings are generally made for beds and not rooms. There are no en-suite rooms, however bathrooms are located close to all bedrooms.

Cancellations

• Bookings cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to arrival - a refund of 80% to 95% depending on the number of beds we rebook.
• Bookings cancelled within 4 week period - no refund unless we rebook the accommodation.
• In all cases a full refund less 5% booking fee if the accommodation is rebooked.
