Booking Conditions

50% deposit of total accommodation cost is required to confirm and hold reservation

50% remaining is due within 4 weeks of the arrival date

Full payment (100%) is due if booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival date

No split payments per room

Once your booking is confirmed with a deposit, any adjustments to it may incur an amendment fee of $25 per person
Cancellations
-
If notice of cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to arrival date, the total cost less 15% will be refunded. If less than one calendar months notice is given, all monies are forfeited.
