2010 Accommodation Rates

Pricing Example:

• 2 people for 4 nights (thurs, fri, sat sun) during ski season: $660 (2 nights weekend) + $460 (2 nights midweek) = $1,120

Special:

• Stay 6 or 7 nights for the discounted rate.
• Get an extra discount of $10 per person if you send us a picture of you coming up from under the water in the Tanjil River.

*Holidays Include school holidays, long weekends and religious holidays.

Minimum Stay: 1 Nights stay is OK if available. Please check with Kim on 03 5621 0172.

Check in: After 2pm, check out before 10am. Early check in and late checkouts are OK if available. Please check with Kim the Lodge Manager. This is dependent on other guest arrivals and departures and not possible during busy times. Please check with the manager about luggage storage.

Long term: Looking to write a book or stay for and extended period just to get away from it all?? See us for a great deal to suit you. The forest and fresh air will do you wonders.

Payment Information

Payment: On booking. Either the full amount or one nights accommodation and the balance in cash on arrival.

• We accept the following methods of payment:
• Cash only at Tanjil Bren
• Prepayments with VISA/MasterCard - Payments incur a 2% fee
• Prepayments with AMEX/Diners Club - Payments incur a 4% fee

Arriving

Before arrival please ring Kim on 03 5621 0172, 0411 462 452 or email kim@mooseheadlodge.com.au to let her know what time approximately you will be arriving so she can be on the look out and get your house warm for you in winter. Follow instructions in "Maps" on how to get there and what to do when you arrive. Instructions on how to get there and a map of Tanjil can all be printed from the maps page.

Cancellations

We will gladly refund your money (less a $25 administration fee) if you cancel your reservation more than 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival or leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation. If we are able to resell the Lodge you hired, a full refund will be given less the $25 fee.
