Cascade apartments have security coded doors. Please call us at 4.00pm on the day you arrive for your security code to both the foyer and your apartment. We cannot let guest in early as the apartments are very busy and we need the time between check in and check out to clean.

We can charge a half day rate if available, and you want to check in either early or late.

At time of booking we take a 50% deposit, with the balance taken 1 month prior to your stay. A receipt will be automatically sent when this is done.

We recommend travel insurance, as our cancellation policy is strict. No refund within the week, and we will not alter dates.

Meal packages are also available through us if needed. Just ring to arrange.

BYO Linen

• All Cascade Apartments are self contained and contain pillows and doonas/blankets. As we don’t have a laundry service to be able to supply fresh linen after each tenant you must bring your own linen.
• Remember to bring, sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towels. If you do happen to forget to bring your linen the mountain administration does rent linen from their office.

Payments

• 50% Deposit due where booking is made more than 28 days prior to arrival
• Balance due 28 days prior to arrival date. (The balance will be automatically be processed from credit card)

Refunds

• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 25% fee of the total tarrif. This charge may be deducted from any refund due.
• If payment is not made on any due date, then management has the right to cancel the booking;
