Each year (2003-2010*) the Experian Hitwise Online Performance Awards acknowledges and celebrates Australia’s most successful websites over 100 industries, based on the market share of visits a website receives throughout the year.

Reporting on the largest sample of 3 million Australian Internet users and more than 179,000 local websites throughout the course of the year, Experian Hitwise supplies results through its unique collection methodology which has been audited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers. As Experian Hitwise reports on anonymous Internet usage data collected directly from ISPs - this unique awards programme recognises excellence in online performance through public popularity.

Top Ten Travel site 2009 & 2011 at the TRAVELtech Amadeus Web Awards

Ski.com.au was honoured to be recognised for the 2nd time as one of Australia’s top ten travel websites at the third annual TRAVELtech Amadeus Web Awards in Sydney on August 29, 2011.

Through careful research, TRAVELtech officials compiled a list of Australia’s 25 leading travel sites. An independent, autonomous group of judges used five criteria - usability, design, utility, content, sense of purpose, traffic, and usefulness - to narrow this list to the top ten, which were announced at the event.

Giving our website high scores on these criteria, the judges named ski.com.au one of the top ten travel websites in Australia ranking above big tourism names such as Qantas, Virgin Australia, Webjet and many others. We are proud to have done so well in this very competitive field!
